Bill Hart has over 30 years experience in the management, design and installation of engineered solutions in manufacturing environments.  For the past 18 years he has focused on guiding the creation and successful implementation of comprehensive mail facility solutions for some of the largest mailers in the telecommunications, insurance, retailing, and banking industries.  He is the holder of more than a dozen patents.
